in Hollywood to screenwriter / director John Farrow and actress Maureen
O'Sullivan, Mia was stricken with polio at age nine. Her marriages to Frank
Sinatra & Andre Previn, and an ex-boyfriend named Woody Allen, are
just small trials for the bigger tests she has had in her life. Mia is
the mother of 14, of which ten are adopted, a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador,
and a humanitarian who is working feverishly to show the world the real
problems in Darfur. She has also continued to demonstrate her versatility
as an actress from the time we saw her in PEYTON to
her latest film BE KIND, REWIND
with Jack Black. If ever the world had a Superwoman, her name would be
